I didn't watch the video, but... Those of us who shoot the real fireworks say "never put anything over a loaded tube that you wouldn't mind losing." It was slightly comic when the city fire marshal looked down a loaded 4" tube when inspecting our show a couple of years ago. OTOH, they were suitable chagrined when we explained just how bad an idea this was (it was their first real inspection of a fireworks show).

Whatever you're doing, don't be stupid about it.

My neighbor lost a finger and put a hole in his leg.

He was lighting a motar round with a cigarette and it basically went off instantly. HUMMM maybe a cocktail was involved here. Lost his middle finger on the right hand so he won't be able to show anyone his IQ until they reconstruct it. Also put a 50 piece size hole in his leg that required a skin graft.

Know he thinks no one should fire them off since he was injured. figures.
