Is there a service entrance mast flashing available which can be installed without the removal of the weather head? Two piece possibly?

Decktite makes one for a metal roof and I have seen lead flashings for comp roofs that have a "fold over" seal, no idea who makes it though.

I would bet a clever preson with tin snips and a pop rivet tool could get the job done!

All good ideas. I envision a split sheet metal device with a rubber collar secured with stainless 8/32s. Buck's mast wrapper.

How about some lead sheeting, and some solder? Thats how really good roofers do it.
