Flex in a Transformer

The NEC does not require this, but I cannot say anything about "most" local codes. Actually, I would be surprised if anyone made this a requirement.

Agreed however when doing a large casino job the inspector asked if we were and was a little disappointed when he was told no, so we flexed it. Is it wrong?
