Hi All,
I hope everyone is having a good day. I have 50 feet of flexible strip lighting I am installing under the front, top lip of a bar. I wanted to see if anyone had any opinions or ideas how to extend the wiring from the controller / driver to the strip lights. The controller plugs into an outlet on server side of the bar with a remote control for the lights. I need to extend the wire, through the bar knee wall so it can feed the new strip lights, on the customer side. I have attached a picture. The left 4 wires are want need to be extended. I will install the controller in a JB on the server side of the bar. Tech support told me the output is 100vdc. The manufacturer is ZLED Lighting. Personally, I have never heard of them. They are located in NJ. As always I appreciate the input. I am mostly concerned about getting the 100vdc through the wall without over thinking it.

Thanks,
Jim

Hi nickelec,
Thanks for the info. I do plan on using those crimps. My main concern is going through the bar wall with the cord. I really don’t want to transition from the cord to an approved cable, like NM. Maybe sleeve it? Maybe this may be more of a code thing. Sorry to the Mods if it’s in the wrong forum.

Jim
