Im working a job that had a boring company use 2" flexable PvC to complete a 250' run from an ATM to the pole on the street for the phone line.
Yesterday I had to transform from this flex pipe to sch 40 PvC. I found out that although the grey sch 40 PvC coupling fit this flex pipe, it kept coming loose. We were able to keep it together by tiewire and tape. It's for the phone line so I was not too worried.
Monday we will have the transition from this flex to rigid PvC. Is there a fitting I need to have so I dont have the same problem I did at the ATM footprint?

If it's HDPE, we use PVC fittings and heat shrink tube.

PVC glued fittings only work with PVC pipe.

The DO make flexible PVC but it's not very common.

If it's HDPE(called Cablecon around here) look for a fitting made by Arnco. It looks like a black pvc coupling with hose clamps on each end. Shove the cablecon into one end and the pvc into the other and tighten the clamps done.

Our electrical supply house carries them, but we've also bought them from irrigation supply houses that cater to the farmers with crop circles and irrigation pivots.

EDIT: Found it.
