Flexim camp on flow meter

I have a flexim flow meter f721 -ultrasonic clamp-on liquid flowmeter newly installed. I am having some problems can anyone shed some light.

1. The readings are much lower than expected------------ range 12000 - 35000 BPD volumetric flow. I am consistently getting 12.5% @ 14000BPD ...WAY too low
2. Also mass flow readings in pounds per second-----------range 50 -145 lb/sec. consistently getting 25% @ 74 lb/ sec
3. API reading (Density) ------------range 20-50API consistently 34 API but expecting to be 29API

Any suggestion ?

Either installed improperly or miscalibrated. What does the manufacturer suggest?
