They'll take them back but unless you get there at 7:00 AM you'll have to wait on a long line with all the other poor souls that purchased items that don't work. If you're a late riser.....pack a lunch.

Pardon me for my ignorance, but donesn't anyone buy things from a supply house any more? This whole problem would have been avoided. But perhaps I've been out of that segment of the market for too long noe. While I even shop at Big Orange, [ we have no Big Blues yet], they are part of the situation in this country where only big corporations control the market, no more mom & pop; no more personal service; we'll sell you what we want, based on profitability. Not necessarilly what is best or what you need.
I'll go take my medication now.
