Flickering

Recently remodeled , total rewire a house. When the washer agitates, there is and ever so small flicker in a few of the fixtures but not all.
Checked all grounds and neutrals. Do you think this is a grounding issue, or would a surge suppressor solve this problem? Thanks

That would never be a grounding issue. In fact grounding, in general never causes or cures electrical problems. Some times grounding will mask a problem, but will never cure it.
I don't see a surge suppressor as being helpful for this issue either.
Does the starting of any other large loads cause any flicker?
 
You have a current fluctuation due to the pulsating current of a typical clothes washer that is causing a voltage-drop fluctuation. It's not an over-voltage, so a surge device would have no effect.

The only "cure" would be increasing service- and/or feeder-conductor sizing, after eliminating possible termination resistances and the like. Did you upsize, and did the power co. do likewise?

It could be a loose wire if the washer is shaking the house a little. I've had some washers that sounded like they were two steppin down the hall and back.
 
its cheap led lights put incadecent in or at least a name brand led and problem will go away. I have had Washer do this. Just had a instant hot do it because controls was effecting cheap led lamps. Put GE lamps in and no problem

It also did it when the painter used his sprayer

I did do this and it was still there just barely. I'll try a different package

Didn't increase the service, its and existing 200 amp with a 100a sub-feed I did this in a #2.
