Floating Neutral?

Here was the last open neutral I found. Single phase pad mount full of ants. Customer lost two garage door openers, but luckily the house was unoccupied and under a remodel. He noticed his exterior garage lights would not work.

It’s all resolved! It turns out some plumbers were running an underground water line and they damaged the grounded conductor coming from the transformer catastrophically and then taped it up and buried it without telling anyone. The linemen dug it I and spliced it and now it’s all good. Thank you for all of your help as always!
