floor boxes and receptacles

I'm looking for a floor box cover for a duplex receptacle. A flip cover in stainless steel.. Any ideas? Also, I assume I can not put a standard stainless steel cover (NON flip type) on the floor receptacle? I assume that would be a code violation?
