Too hard to give an answer to such a general question. Conditions of one install vs another can change the answer.

Only condition you did mention was precast, which does typically raise the difficulty level if you want to install something flush compared to placing your item and then pouring concrete around it.

What is the installation process for a floor receptacle? For precast you pour the concrete over the junction box or the equipment. What is the construction process for floor receptacle?

precast is already poured when it shows up at the job?

There may be a finish layer applied over a precast floor - but usually not enough depth to put in a typical floor outlet box without cutting out some of the precast portion. Kind of have to presume you are able to run your wiring method either in the finish layer or underneath the precast portion. If in the finish layer it is no different then installing in floor that is poured on site, assuming you have enough depth to the finish layer.

They have a precast manufacturer where they look at our drawings and see we need a receptacle at this height and they provide the junction boxes at that location. All electrician has to do is fish the wire and connect a receptacle to it.

I dont know the construction part of how you would do it on site i.e how you run the conduit in the slub and stuff like that.Do you have any reference articles or any websites that i can look into?

On site, on grade I would guess most would bury raceway in the dirt under slab as much as possible.

In an above grade decking - you still have choice of embedding wiring method in the slab or run wiring method under the decking and only poke through where you do have a floor outlet.

One thing I am aware of even though I haven't done a lot of this kind of work, if embedding raceway in concrete you do need to tie it down or it can float to the top when they pour the concrete.
