I was thinking also of 314.20, (Combustible surfaces) but that doesn't apply to floor boxes.

I don't know if it applies in your case but you might want to look at 210.52(A)(3).

I am doing fine...still doing books, spending time on lighting from fluorescent to LED's but currently focusing on UFER variations for resi work. Still rusting in Seattle but it has been sunny for the last week in general.

So are you back in the SF area?
