Fluke T5 , measures RMS voltage or Peak voltage ???

Does the popular Fluke T5 meter measure
RMS voltage or peak voltage, does anyone know ?

First off it would not be peak, it would either be an averging meter or a True RMS. I looked briefly at the specs and it does not say and I am not familar with this meter but based on it not saying True RMS I would bet it is an averaging meter. But just a SWAG.
