Flush Mount Panel

I am putting a 100 amp service in a garage. They are going to drywall the garage so I am going to flush mount the panel. Whats the best way to flush mount a panel, then use 2" pvc out and into the ground. I'd like to come out the back with a TA to LB but that would leave me with a several inch gap between the vinyl siding and pipe. If I came from the bottom of the panel with a back to back LB to get inside/outside, Then I would have to leave the indoor LB cover accessible (probably have them build a cabinet around the panel and LB rather then cut drywall around the LB) and I would still be an inch or more off the vinyl siding. I've done it this way with a nice runner between the vinyl siding and pipe, but wondering if theres a better way.
 
Yes, threaded nipple out the back of panel, but custom cut and threaded to fit tight against the siding then LB down.
 
There may not be one best way, but I'd consider:

Instead of a male adapter and nipple, use what's called a box adapter, and glue it directly into the LB: no gap.

(The box adapter is basically the PVC version of a chase nipple: A shoulder on a 1.5" length of conduit.)

Come out of the bottom of the panel in the wall, and use an elbow at the bottom to an LB outside at ground level.

Come out of the bottom of the panel in the wall, and through a hole chiseled or bored through the footing.

Come out of the bottom of the panel, use a 45 to exit the bottom of the wall, and a second 45 in the ground.

Come out of the bottom of the panel, use a pair of 45's as an offset to get out of the wall, and a 90 in the ground.
