FMC installed into a PB

Is there any stipulation in the Code on installing Flex Metal Conduit into a Panel as a homerun in an Industrial/Commercial setting?
I searced Art, 350 and couldn't find a thing yet my Sup. tells me it is a violation. Thank You!

He/she is wrong. There are no restrictions as long as the provisions of the article are met.

Flexible Metal Conduit is article 348, not 350.

And don't forget the requirements to use it as a EGC in 250.118.

Been looking at an older NEC where it is Art 350. Thanks for your help

Many industrial specs prohibit runs of flexible conduit of any type other than at terminations of motors and other devices that vibrate. usually this is limited to 6 feet.

It may not be a NEC violation but could well violate the plant specs.
