Both of those products are wiring methods.
You can run either as far as you want but you can not exceed 360 degrees of bends.
Recently I wired a commercial dishwasher that was on the same wall as a recessed panel. I snaked LFMC from the dishwasher up the wall across the suspended ceiling and back down the wall into the panel.
(While doing this I also drilled into a live 1/2" cold water line but thats another story

Sweet. I did that last year. Flooded a kitchen in an office building. Made some people mad too.

Sure did, took a big chunk out of the pipe with a 1.5" Hole saw. The 1/2" I hit was only a few feet from the 1" main supplying it so I had a lot of water fast. Luckily the valve was nearby and it was just the bakery at a S&S. Fixed it myself with 'Sharkbite' plumbing fittings from Home Depot.

Nice, those fittings are great for screw ups....err...I mean emergencies like that.

There was a floor drain so I just used a big squeegee.
