i posted this question a few weeks ago. i went back to read but didnt see anything that would help me with these numbers using clamp ohm meter or FOP tester.
i got a few replys about this but wanted to see if anyone else has an opinion. i have never done this before and wondering if this looks familiar to anyone. we do have a clamp ohm meter but looks like we are buying new equipment. Any help will be greatly appreciated in this area.

Or any suggestions on how the grounding requirements would normally look like. this was provided by the customer. not sure how to get these numbers. just looking for anyone familiar with this type of ground test.
