I have a cable tray with two barriers. One section has power, one data, and the third process piping for fluids. In reviewing Art 392 I don;t find where this is prohibited. Is this a Code violation ?

I think an argument can be made on this one.
For practical purposes, the barriers create 3 separate raceways. If there are no conductors mixed in with the process piping, it might fly.
Its not real uncommon to route air control lines this way.
However, I think there is also a requirement that raceways not be used to support other equipment that is harder to get past.
