I have never heard of him or a franchise but then I don't get out much lol
I buddie told me of a deal he was pitched - it worked like this -
A man goes out and gets interested customers and then lets you bid the work and give him 20%
of that bid - sound good to you ?
sounds like a someone trying to make money for nothing - Let them starve
Mr Sparky is associated with ESI. That is the trade association I was thinking of when I mentioned Mr. Sparky. They really do offer a lot, but you really do have to follow there system. I'm working on building the system myself, rather than pay them the about $15,000 and additional $289 or there abouts a week for the infomation they hand out. It does explain how to build the business and run it as a business. The reason most small contractor service business can't sell the business is the fact the relationship is not run like a business it is a relationship with the owner and the client. The reason being is the owner is the entire business. I believe the main thing they teach is how to set the business up and to charge enough to make a good living.
I wouldn't pay someone 20% for leads. I might pay them 20% for sold jobs. The jobs would have to be profitable enough to justify the commission. I believe 5% is usual sales commission. They would have to deliver the job to me, not the lead.
