I have a (2) Franklin battery system. 200A/200A MSP. The breaker feeding the system is limited to 125A due to the MSP model. I included all the loads in the backup panel, except for a 60A breaker in order to remain under 125A load calcs. My question is, can I connect that remaining 60A load to the aGate's Smart Circuit and be ok? since it acts as a smart load shedder?

I think the answer may be yes, but only if you configure the smart circuit properly in the Overload Cutoff option. To be fully code compliant the A Gate must be listed as an energy management system, but it appears to be listed to the right standard. The user should not be able to change the settings for the Smart Circuit.

I'm not super familiar with Franklin, I'm only going by their webpages and familiarity with similar systems.
