Fraying Tool

I am looking for a source for a fraying tool, typically used in aerospace. It has a center arbor with wire brushes on the outside, use to fray metal surfaces for a ground connection

Never heard it called that, but could you use a battery terminal brush? Might be too big for some holes, though.

we use a small belt sander.
