Does anyone have or use a free payroll software to determine deductions for payroll? If so, any recommendations?

I suggest you do a google search for "Excel Spreadsheet Payroll" There are a lot out there. Disclaimer - I have not used any of them.

http://www.medlin.com/ professional payroll software $55/yr. We use it in house and my bookkeeper uses it on her own to do payroll and tax forms for multiple companies
