The fun part about replacing the tar coated panel:
  1. It has 45 circuits in the panel (thanks to thins).
  2. It is one of 4 panels (not separately derived) and there is no EGC for when I separate ground/neutral. (Local code requires EGC in all raceways)
  3. The Aluminum feeders will be too short for any new panel.

No, I think that the roofer did the building owner a favor. Once all the tar & hack work gets fixed, he will have a safer building!

You will have to thank some one for the Siemens/Murray Twins for the 45 circuits.
