Cellular, generically. Two-way radio companies put FM repeaters around, municipalities put their police and fire repeaters here and there. I saw Qualcomm on the one cell tower I was involved with. The local land-line phone company will need power there too for their equipment, since most cell towers are fed with local fiber.
