Does anybody know if they make an extension collar for a non metallic 1 gang fs box? Cant seem to find one
 
We've used the metallic ones too, but I haven't seen a PVC one yet. I'd guess that the next logical question is why?
 
This is something I would tend to add to my arsenal of fab mods, just to get the few additional cubic inches or hub access points. I've been collecting them for almost three decades now.

But, I've never seen the nonmetallic version, either.

Yes. 2005 NEC 250.86

I take the metal extension ring as, upon final assembly, a conductive part of an enclosure.
