Full boat Nuetral

I had an inspector last year say that the "full boat", neutral common with 3 hots in a 3PH system, is going away; has anyone else heard of that.
This is in an industrial building.

Also, can't find the code ref., but can you put a multiwire circuit on a 2 pole breaker? This is in an industrial location with 2 120v CKT's coming from a panelboard running building outlets. I know you could on 2 single pole breakers if the above rule works out.

Full boat is not going away, a 3 pole or handle ties is required for it.

You can use 2 pole breaker for your second circuit. The neutral is a CCC in this circuit.

Unless you are still using 2005 or earlier NEC this is not new anymore.

As far as the neutral being a CCC I just posted the answer to that question in a different thread.
