This apartment building had a multimetering stack with tenant meters only. No owner meter. The only owner circuit to this building was straight 240 volt, and fed from another structure. I was called to replace a photocell on a 240volt security light on the owner's circuit, when I realized that the internet guys had non-compiantly gotten 120 volts for their router for the building from the security light. They tapped their neutal onto the ground in the light. I installed a 240x120, 2kva transformer and a little wee panel to do it right. I just took a quick cell phone pic before I mounted it up:
