Nice work a few observations since you've asked.
You only need on bonding bushing/jumper on the nipple into the ATS.
What is the nipple between the meter enclosure and the panel for?
Is the panel before the ATS or after? I see a bonding screw and a small raceway which I assume is for the GEC making the panel the service disconnect.
Also it's splitting hairs but the raceway between the two LB's needs a strap.

Is that a Bud Light can on top of the meter socket?

Nah, looks like a Pepsi can.
I see a red wire taped green, I would just strip that out.
Also if you ran the load wire through the meter socket from the ATS to the panel that would never fly around here. Ok, I see now that you ran PVC from the ATS to the Panel....
What is the PVS out of the panel and into to the ground for?

I am a bit concerned with the bonding arrangements. I understand the pic is unfinished, but assuming the ATS is the service disco, there should be a N-G bond there and NOT in the panelboard.

I seen that too. But does it absolutely have to be in the first overcurrent protective device?

That doesn't appear to be a service rated ATS.

Thanks for comments. More pics added shortly. (Yes it's a Pepsi can)

The nipple from the meter enclosure too the panel was possible future use. (Gernerator system removal)

Conduit running into the ground feeds a separate building (garage). The smaller conduit next too it is a ground wire (added later too the garage )

bundled cables entering panel

I noticed all of the cables entering the single opening in the main panel. Is this typical for an outdoor panel?
