I'm pretty sure that ATS is service-rated, based on the breaker the incoming service conductors land on.

Yeah looks like your typical generac service rated transfer switch to me. I think Rob questioned that because the MBJ hadnt been installed or had been removed in the original photo.
Well, typically an AHJ is going to want to see the sticker that says "Suitable for Use as Service Equipment" on the back panel, I don't see it. Generac makes them both ways and when they are Service rated, the sticker is right there on the panel clear as a bell, right above the breaker. Also, the outside label says "Generac", then there is another line that says "Service Rated ATS" below it.

Service Rated.

On the non-service rated versions, it just says Generac, no 2nd line. I can't read the photo in the dark clear enough, but I only see one line of text, i.e. not Service Rated.

FWIW, the cover of the ATS appears to say Honeywell, rather than Generac. Possibly private branding of a Generac unit, which may in turn affect whether the identical mechanical and electrical configuration is in fact listed and labelled as SUSE.
In terms of shape of enclosure it looks similar to Jraef's SUSE picture rather than the non-SUSE picture, but both listing options may be available in both form factors.

Ok I was not aware they had both types. Every one I have seen has been SUSE and I have never been offered a choice when buying. The sticker above the neutral bar seems to strongly imply it is SUSE as it says "neutral bonding" but cant make out the smaller words.
