In post #4, you said they had one rating for RK1 fuses and a higher rating for use with a J fuse. This means they have series ratings.

But that's the heater itself. Are you saying the heater increases its SCCR due to series rating with some kind of protection in the heater?

No.
It was not clear in your post, the ratings were not for the switch.
But, it is possible for the controls to have some type of similar combination rating.
