Is it possible to have 60 amp fuses in a 60 amp disconnect switch, or is that against code? Does the disconnect have to be 125% greater than the size of the fuses?

Thank you! I knew that was a stupid question, but my brain is not working lately and I confused myself for a moment.
The confusion may come from the requirement that a motor disconnect must have a rating 115% of the motor FLA (430.110) and a HVAC disconnect must have a rating of 115% of the nameplate or branch circuit rating {440.12(A)(1) }
