We have a device that has 18 outputs that operate at 95 VDC with a max current of 10 amps to drive fuel solenoids on an engine in a Class I Div 2 Group D location. I need to protect each output circuit and associated wiring. We would like to use a high speed ceramic fuse for each circuit and use the device disconnect switch as a means to shut off power in order to service the fuses. Article 501.105 (B)(5) states each fuse needs a disconnect switch - we would like to use the one device disconnect for all fuses. Does that design approach satisfy the requirements?
Thanks for any and all opinions.
