Fuses

Sorry for all the questions. So the 6P disconnect switch I asked about earlier makes sense as you can see the (6) #6's.
1. If I have to replace fuses in this MCC there would be SIX fuses?
2. How would I determine the size of the fuse? The disconnect switches at the units are 60A but I also see the Amps and MCA below for those same units. Assuming fuse ion MCC needs to be at least 60A?

Why are there six conductors for a single exhaust fan?

The MCA is 47.73 amps, the MaxOCPD is 60 amps so you could use a 50 or 60 amp fuse.

Yes it's the maximum permitted overcurrent protective device. Could be a fuse or circuit breaker.

No but it shows a 6P disconnect switch as well. Why could it not be 6 conductors?

Because your schedule lists (6) 3 phase fans. A 3 phase fans only needs 3 conductors.
