future pizza oven

im doing a load calc for an proposed meeting area with pizza oven the supply available is single phase 240v.the oven is not here nor picked out.Can anyone give me an idea of what the amperage may be on an pizza oven.Can i use an residential range calc. thankyou

you need to find out what kind of pizza oven they intend to use. Could be one of those little one pizza at a time jobs that plug into a normal receptacle (seems like this is what it would be if its meeting space) or could be a conveyer type that wants 50a@240v, or it could be some huge thing that needa 100a 208 ph....

I suggest you take the calculation no further, until you talk with the person making the equipment selection. And I suggest that you get a commitment, in writing, from them, before you make your own commitment.

I did one last year,240 volt,20 amp.Plumber did gas line hookup.

Charge them for an empty 1" emt conduit. Leave room for 60 amp future in the panel
