Cool. I had a feeling that this was not going to be commercial or a 516 install.

I can only take his word for it. Like all our installs, we can't prevent what a H.O. might plug into them in the future. I explained all the codes and issues with insurance co. etc. He said not to worry, he wasn't going to be running a paint & body shop.

I would think to document what you did with no mention of a booth or anything in that vane...........straight wiring and feeds........and as you mentioned..........when you walked out, he did what
he did.

An all in one commercial paint booth: okay, How is it vented? Where is the air supply for breathers? How do you tie it into an existing fire alarm system? It comes with its own fire suppression system?

Search toolsusa prefab paint booth. Check out the $7699 downdraft model. I doubt this is the one I saw but may be similar. No explosion proof fixtures to deal with. It was a multiple circuit connection only.
