Garage door and motion detector

I recently installed a motion detector light over a driveway. The HO called days later and said that ever since I installed the light her remote has been working intermittently. I went over to check it out, and she was right. If I disconnect the light the opener works properly. It also works properly if the floods are On, but if the light is connected but not ON such as during daytime the remote does not work properly. I found some information on DIY sites that mention RF interference coming from the motion detector.
I'm just wondering if anyone has encountered this and knows of a inexpensive remedy or brand of light that is less likely to have this issue.
The light I installed is a Zenith.

I use Atlas and never had that issue. I would change brands and see what happens.
