I did not call you a parrot , Was referring to the constant harping about code that has been adopted and that all to many contractors do what they do with no regard to the code. They just make it up on the go.

Been out there for over 40 years in the field. I know what code the entire State of California has adopted. Just like the NM restrictions that were lifted some years back. That happened when the code was adopted state wide.
