Well, in dwelling units it covers all receptacles in a kitchen (not just the countertop, a change from 2020) and any receptacle within 6' of a sink, with the distance measured through cabinet doors.I find it odd that the 2023 requires microwaves to be gfci protected but not garbage disposals connected to a sink
