It appears the issue when sent. The file on the SD card seems correctly sized but my old laptop is full and underpowered to view it all. I'll get there Newer laptop from garage tomorrow..it was cold today.

The file on the SD card is good. That file was sent to my Gmail. Download and import that txt file resulted in the Garbage.
Working directly with the file on the SD card resulted in No Garbage

Sounds like a problem with the import algorithm.

The file is smaller before it is downloaded from Gmail and before import to Excel.
