GC?s recruiting your employees

I noted somewhere on there that some of you put a clause in your contract that prohibits the GCs from hiring your good people.

Has anyone else here had issues with this, and does anyone remember the verbage for that clause?
 
NON-COMPETE CLAUSE:
Owner and all authorized representatives of Owner are not to contract or employ any contractor employees for a period of one (1) year from the completion of any electrical work performed by this Contractor with said Owner/Agent within an area of fifty (50) miles radius from this job site.

Your contract with party "b" cannot infringe on the rights of other people, including employees.

Not that I don't believe you but I think my parasite lawyer look at that and see if he reads it the same way.
