GE Dual Function Breaker manual has wrong info?

The manual I have for GE dual function breakers (THQL1120DFP) seem to show the wrong info. The manual shows that the LED turns Red for a ground fault and Yellow for an Arc Fault. The test buttons on the breaker and my external Klein tester both show the opposite. Am I missing something? Is the manual wrong?
