I am not sure where to post this so if it is in the wrong place I apologize. About 3 years ago we installed 2 each 7.5MVA oil filled transformers. Immediately after installation, prior to energization, leaks were observed at the primary and secondary bushings. GE Prolec corrected the leaks but they re-appeared within a few months. GE Prolec again fixed the leaks and replaced the "fisher-price" cast aluminum bushing retention clamps with forged stainless stell. A few months later the radiator valves began leaking at the stems. GE Prolec fixed these but they began leaking again a few months after that. Since then GE Prolec fixed the valve stems but 18 months later the bushings are leaking again! Has anyone else had this kind of experience with GE Prolec oil filled transformers? I am ready to put these things on eBay!

12.47KV Primary / 4.16KV Secondary. They each feed an MCC lineup for about 10 motors that range from 300 to 3200 Horsepower.

That is what I am working on. As to be expected they are not being all that cooperative.
