GE Smart Pak

Is anyone familiar with the GE Smart Pak ballast. We are trying to get parts without buying the whole ballast assembly i.e., igniters and capacators. But to no avail, we're told that the capacitors and igniters are not available as seperate parts. Most of the problem with our fixtures has been bad capacitors and igniters. Pretty costly fix without parts.

Sorry, this is a GE SnapDrive not Smart Pak as I had posted earlier.I'm looking for igniters and capacitors without having to buy the whole ballast kit.
