If using method 690.47(C)(2) with multiple inverters, can a common GEC be installed with taps?

Can the taps be made up with burndies or do they have to be irreversible?

Yes.

I think they have to be irreversible, as 690.47(C)(2) references 250.64(C)(1), which specifically says irreverisible.

If you're on an earlier code cycle than 2011 the interpretation may be less straightforward.
