GEC from xfmr

250.64 (E), Heres what I saw at our job. A GEC coming out of a xfmr in FMC and changing over to PVC the rest of the way to the building steel termination. Wouldnt you at least bond the FMC to the xfmr case with a bonding bushing?

I wouldn't, the locknut would be fine, the problem is the other end (connected to the PVC) of the FMC is not bonded as required.

What exactly would you do there? You have a 10' stick of 3/4" PVC with a male adapter to a rigid coupling, FMC male connector and about a 16" piece of FMC going to Xfmr...

Change the FMC to a piece of LFNC and a PVC female adapter for the transition.

Or, if the last 16" is not subject to physical damage, do away with the flex altogether and let the conductor enter the transformer exposed.
