I observed several installations in a new building that has transformers in them to step down 277/480 to 120/208. The GEC was run in PVC until the last few feet where it changed over to FMC. Doesn't the FMC need to be bonded on both ends as per 250.64 E, or am I missing something here? This was just completed and passed inspection.

I'm with Roger, change the FMC to LFNC and all is good. I really wonder though if the short piece of FMC bonded at one end will really make any difference. :roll:
