I usually make the bonding jumper inside my XFMR and not at the first disconnecting means. I have a situation where I have parallel secondaries and just didn't see a clean way of making the bond with the parallels. Anyhow, I will have my GEC(structural steel) to my grounded conductor at my first disconnecting means. My question is, do I still need a GEC to the XFMR to bond the metal? I say no. Unless of course I overlooked something. BTW I do have EGC in all conduits to the XFMR which are landed in mechanical lugs to the frame(with paint scraped) of course.

The EGC you mention is actually called an equipment bonding jumper and sized per the requirements of 250.102(C),(table 250.66).Not 250.122.
