Where can I land GEC on 3 x 100A
Single meter pan 3 gang and 3 electric panels are 4’ away side by side
Can someone advice me on it drawing would be greatly appreciated
I don’t think utility company will allow me to land GEC on meter pan.

If you can't connect to the meter can or ahead of it, you can come out of each service disconenct and split bolt to a common electrode.

If you are only connecting to a ground rod a #6 is the largest Code requires (some power companies want a #4)
Split bolts approved for grounding (AFIK all are) are permisible as a "Tap".. not as a splice and the pic shows taps,

Yes, just as shown in this 350 amp Single phase 120v Service setup with 4 spare fuses in case one of the 2 that are going to be in use happen to blow. :)
