No matter what, you can't exceed the 75°C ampacity rating in Table 310.16 unless all of the equipment is listed and marked for use with a higher ampacity.The pic is in a format too large to be send , sorry it is not a wire welding one we use all the time 405 A open air 90 degree but only inside the equipment we built
