No matter what, you can't exceed the 75°C ampacity rating in Table 310.16 unless all of the equipment is listed and marked for use with a higher ampacity.

No wire welding are used Roger ,will attache a pic , this wire is allowed for use inside the machine only but no wire welding , it is an stationary unit , not rental

You are very helpful friend , we use the table 310.15B (17) and ul guy certified it for 90 ^C , thank for your time and advice ,
