My guess is it's the old, original General Switch breakers, characterized by the 'webbing' on the outside of the housing.

there are many breakers that will physically fit the general switch panel, but Im not sure what ones are listed as replacements. General Switch breakers and panels are garbage, just look at the breaker and you can tell it is cheap construction, and when you turn them on and off they are rough and just sound junky, the buss is made of pot metal and prone to going bad where the breakers make contact and complete meltdowns are not uncommon with this brand.

I had to add a circuit to an old GS panel recently, and to my utter disbelief it actually listed all the non-Square D breakers as being compatible! (GE, Crouse Hinds, Westinghouse, etc) I've never seen a "universal" panel before.

The actual GS breakers were Westinghouse. The colored handles should be a dead giveaway. They even have the same UL "E" number as the Westinghouse of that time period, even though they are branded differently.
